No, at LoftyPods we build all of our homes are built by us in our factory. However, there are many companies in Quebec that offer do-it-yourself modular plans.

This is a very common question and the short answer is ‘yes’.  In reality our roofs and most any roof that appears to be flat isn’t actually flat. All roofs must be constructed with a slight pitch and building codes require us to build a roof that is strong enough to hold a heavy snow load

One of the advantages of modular construction is that the homes are factory built which means there are no delays due to bad weather. You can place an order at any time and the house can be built regardless of the season.

As long as the home lot is accessible, the installation can be done at any time regardless of weather and temperature. The most important is that your foundation has to be in place before there is any frost. If your pod is ready during the winter season, if your foundation is ready we can install your pod with any problem.
